PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — Police said a man faces charges after he went into the room of an 85-year-old woman at an assited living facility and raped her.
The Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD) said officers arrested Benjamin Alex Dinarte, 32, of Manassas on June 20.
Police were at The Fairmont by Barclay House, located at 9852 Fairmont Ave. in the Manassas area, around 6:50 a.m. after they received a report of a sexual assault.
