Young black bear moves quickly through Miami Valley in search of its new home

MIAMI VALLEY, Ohio (WKEF) — Experts explain what the animal is doing here and what the sighting may indicate about recovering bear habitat.

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources said the two-year-old bear was first seen in Ohio’s southern counties before it moved near Xenia in Greene County, then came towards Montgomery county.
