GULF SHORES, Ala. (WALA) – A Baldwin County man is charged with voyeurism after he allegedly recorded women in a restroom.
According to Gulf Shores Police, Brendan Smith installed a camera under the sink vanity inside the Hangout Hospitality Group warehouse.
“It’s a huge invasion of somebody’s privacy,” said Detective Carl Wittstruck with GSPD. “Obviously, people were in the restroom. There’s an expectation of privacy.”…
