AUGUSTA, Ga (WJBF) – For five years, Dr. Barbara K. Lofton has held an event that bring people together for prayer and what she calls shifting the atmosphere for breakthroughs and many other positive changes in life.
She says this is a non-denominational event that is open to men and women of all walks of life.
