Robert Angel Leal, 32, of Statesboro, is accused of burglary on June 11 at 10:28 a.m. at a residence at 2399 Wakita Drive SE in Marietta, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
The victim advised that while she was in bed, she heard Leal and another suspect talking outside of her home saying, “What if they call the police?”
The woman said she got out of bed, heard Leal first trying to open her front door then the side carport door. The victim said when Leal and the other suspect saw the doors were locked, she heard loud booms at her front door as if the men were trying to force entry.
