MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — The City of Mobile honored six sports legends during a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday for the Hall of Fame Walk, located in front of the Arthur Outlaw Mobile Convention Center.

Hank Aaron, Satchel Paige, Billy Williams, Ozzie Smith, Willie McCovey and Robert Brazile Jr. all have nine-foot-tall bronze statues of themselves to highlight their contributions to the world of sports as Mobilians.
“It’s great to come back to the city of Mobile and see these statues here,” former Chicago Cubs player Billy Williams said.
