PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Portsmouth Police are looking for a man last seen around 6 p.m. Monday on Rutter Street in the city.
Maurice A. Winston, 44, is 5-foot-7, 150-160 pounds and has short gray and black hair, brown eyes and a scare above his left ear. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans and blue Nike foamposite shoes.
