Newark kicks off Summer Youth Employment Program

NEWARK, N.J. (PIX11) — Thousands of Newark teenagers are about to earn their first paychecks, courtesy of the city’s Summer Youth Employment Program.

The program allows teens to receive hands-on experience in potential future careers while learning about financial literacy.
