Teacher Feature: Martin County educator spelling success for ESE students this summer

MARTIN COUNTY, Fla, (CBS12) — CBS12 News next “Teacher Feature” is a specialist for an intensive, structured, and multi-sensory reading intervention program designed for students who struggle with foundational reading skills within the School District of Martin County.

Kelly Francke has been an Exceptional Student Education (ESE) services program specialist for 23 years within the district, going around to different Martin County schools where she’s needed. ESE students include those with disabilities or require specially designed instruction and related services to meet their unique learning needs to progress in school.
