TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A dive team successfully recovered a forklift from the port of Tampa Bay that had rolled off a berth and sank in 40 feet of water.
Video released on Tuesday shows the recovery efforts as two divers enter the water while the forklift is lifted out.
