Your First Alert Forecast carries sizzling sunshine, toasty breezes, high temperatures in the middle and upper 90s, and maximum heat index values upwards of 106, 108, even 110. Odds for a heavy, cooling storm are slim but definitely worth a mention.

The National Hurricane Center continues to flag a disturbance east of Bermuda for a diminishing chance for tropical or subtropical development through midweek. Regardless of whether this item takes advantage of its closing development window, it poses neither a direct nor indirect threat to North America. The first storm name on the 2025 Atlantic list is Andrea.
