Iowa to implement ‘hands-free’ law for drivers in July

(WOWT) – On July 1, Iowa will join 29 other states in implementing a hands-free law.

“This means safer roads are about to come to Iowa, as we’ve seen in other states that have enacted hands-free legislation – that their number of crashes ultimately went down. That’s what we hope to experience here in Iowa.”
