ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Police are investigating a shooting that took place on the city’s southeast side early Wednesday morning.
The shooting occurred in the area of Forest View Road and Waukegan Drive, north of Harrison Avenue and east of N. Alpine Road, around 3:18 a.m.
