Larimer County coroner says Fort Collins man drowned in Watson Lake

Larry Baker, who was missing for a week before his body was discovered in Watson Lake, died by accidental drowning, according to the Larimer County Coroner’s Office.

Baker, 80, of Fort Collins, left his home June 16 and did not return. He was reported missing June 17, and a body was located in Watson Lake on the morning of June 22, according to a Larimer County Sheriff’s Office news release.
