CLEVELAND (WJW) — Cleveland homicide detectives are investigating after a man involved in a shooting succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital early Wednesday morning.

Police were originally called to the Cleveland Clinic around 11:50 p.m. Tuesday for reports a 20-year-old man had been dropped off with a gunshot wound. Upon arrival, police said in a report they learned the man had been transferred to University Hospitals and had been pronounced dead.

The Cleveland Division of Police Homicide Unit later learned a shooting may have taken place at the 5700 block of Curtis Court in the Hough neighborhood.
