Three Individuals Charged Following Alleged Assault at Oxford Wendy’s

OXFORD, PA — Three individuals are facing disorderly conduct and harassment charges following an alleged assault at a Wendy’s restaurant on North Third Street earlier this year, authorities said.

According to the Oxford Police Department, officers responded to the fast-food establishment on April 23, 2025, at approximately 9:47 p.m., after receiving a report of an assault with injuries. The victim, an employee of the restaurant, alleged that three individuals, identified as Victoria Scott, 20, Dennis L. Palmer, 46, and Keisha Webb-Scott, 46, all of Oxford, arrived at the location and assaulted her.
