STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Police are investigating an incident of reckless endangerment after a shot was fired Monday night in Clifton.
The incident was reported around 9:35 p.m. in the vicinity of Vanderbilt and Osgood avenues, according to a spokesperson for the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.
