Officials recently broke ground on a YMCA fitness center in Wesley Chapel.
State of play: The $35 million Mary W. Sierra Family YMCA is rising at 4379 Wellbeing Way, just south of BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel.
- It will include a gym, several pools, group exercise studios, a childcare area, “spa-inspired” locker rooms and more, per a news release.
What’s next: The facility is slated to open next summer.
