WOOD COUNTY, Ohio — A Middleton Township woman says she lost internet and cable service for over a week due to an unusual cause: multiple shotgun blasts to a cable line.
Kathy Seeman said the trouble began on June 15. She works from home and relies on her internet connection, but started experiencing repeated outages.
