AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A teenager was arrested on multiple charges after police said he was speeding sown the road with a passenger hanging out the window.
Jorge Isaiah Nevarez, 19, was charged with evading arrest, DWI, and intoxicated assault with a motor vehicle.
According to Amarillo ISD police, a police officer for the school district saw Nevarez “driving recklessly” down Bell Street around 9:30 a.m. “at a high rate of speed with a passenger hanging” out the passenger side window…
