DALLAS, Texas — A verbal argument near MLK Boulevard and Forest Avenue escalated into gunfire early on June 19, 2025, prompting a swift response from Southeast patrol officers. The suspect, 44-year-old Christopher Morton, of Dallas, Texas, was apprehended after a foot chase.
