MCDOWELL COUNTY, N.C. (WSPA) – The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office is asking help in locating a disabled missing man.
41-year-old Stephen Michael Blaylock was last seen on Monday, June 9. He is described as a 5’8″ white male, weighing approximately 190 pounds. Blaylock is said to have an ‘828’ tattoo on the inner part of his right arm, and a tattoo of praying hands on his left forearm.
