Evansville comic store struggling after flash flood destroys over half of inventory

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — Clean up continues at an Evansville comic book store after a flash flood damaged over half its inventory.

It happened on Friday, June 13th , along First Avenue in Evansville. “Secret Headquarters” says it lost 80 percent of its quality inventory.

“The worst part was seeing my daughter. I wasn’t here, and she called me crying. She said I can’t get in, I can’t get in … waves were splashing through the front door when people were driving by,” Osborne says…
