AHEPA Senior Living has completed the $10 million revitalization of three HUD-assisted senior housing communities in Mobile, AL. The project represented the organization’s first revitalization project through the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s RAD for PRAC, or Rental Assistance Demonstration for Section 202 Project Rental Assistance Contracts, process.
AHEPA renovated 175 units in communities across the city. The AHEPA 310 Phases V, VI and VII Apartments originally were funded by the PRAC administered by HUD’s Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly Program.
