Abrego Garcia to continue to be held without bond as ICE custody debate ensues

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Kilmar Abrego Garcia, indicted on multiple charges including human smuggling in Tennessee, will continue to be held in federal custody.

Though the judge stated that Abrego Garcia will be held without bond until Friday, his attorneys stated that they fear he would be taken immediately into ICE custody and possibly deported.

If Abrego Garcia is released by ICE, he would be placed on home detention at his brother’s residence…
