PLEASANT GROVE, Utah (ABC4) — A Pleasant Grove man has been charged with allegedly creating child sex abuse material (CSAM) of an underaged relative.
Bryan Pete Marx, 24, has been charged with 13 counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony. He is also charged with sexual assault of a child in Texas, a first-degree felony in that state.
