LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. — Highway speed cameras on I-90 in Liberty Lake and I-5 in Skagit County have been removed by the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The camera was part of a pilot program that aimed to encourage drivers to slow down along I-90 and I-5 in Spokane and Skagit counties. Cameras have been in place for more than two months.
