FAIRVIEW, N.C. (WLOS) — Today the Elderflower Care Community celebrates its grand reopening after Hurricane Helene.
The reopening will take place from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. The event will have music, food, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
