CLEVELAND (WJW) – One teen is dead and another was arrested after a shooting inside a vehicle in Cleveland on Tuesday night.
According to the Cleveland Division of Police, officers patrolling near Broadway Avenue and Union Avenue were flagged down by people inside a car around 9:30 p.m.
