FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Normally, the City of Fort Wayne takes zoning projects one property at a time, but on Tuesday, City Council passed a rezoning effort that touch a massive part of the city: all of Waynedale.
“This is something that the city has been working with the community on for quite some time,” said Russell Garriott, senior planner with the City of Fort Wayne’s Community Development Division.
