Ky. father accused of setting fire that killed sons indicted on 2 counts of capital murder

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) – A Kentucky father accused of setting a fire that killed his two sons has been indicted on two counts of capital murder.

Bentley Fields, 13, and Rylan Fields, 15, were killed on April 30 in a house fire on Flat Creek Road. A dog was also killed in the fire.

Their father, 44-year-old Dustin Fields, was charged with arson on May 1.

The Louisville ATF says earlier this month, investigators spent two days searching through 7,000 pounds of fire debris for evidence…
