MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – An expert on uterine cancers who reviewed thousands of pages of medical records from the Memphis doctor facing trial for malpractice is expected to deliver bombshell testimony in court this fall.
According to documents filed in federal court, Dr. Matt McDonald will deliver expert testimony on the case against Dr. Sanjeev Kumar based on his review of more than 11,000 pages of medical records from Dr. Kumar’s office.
A federal 23-count indictment accuses Dr. Kumar of coercing at least four women to travel to Memphis to perform illegal sex acts between September 2019 and June 2024…
