MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Dr. Marie Feagins, the former superintendent who was ousted earlier this year, is fighting to get the school board’s firing decision voided.
According to court documents, Feagins filed a motion on June 23, seeking an injunction that would overturn the board’s dismissal.
