MARION, Arkansas — A new hearing has been set for Damien Nichols of the West Memphis Three — the latest chapter in the decades-long fight towards innocence for the trio accused of murders in 1993.
This hearing, which is listed as the State of Arkansas v. Damien Echols, will focus on the testing of new, pivotal DNA evidence which Echols and his team has continued to fight for over the years.
