BOTETOURT COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin was in Botetourt County Thursday, to sign a bill into law.
The signing okays a pilot program allowing small school divisions to use forms of student transportation other than buses, such as passenger vans.
