ROSSFORD, Ohio — Rossford’s Balloon and Fireworks Festival will bring a display of hot air balloons, fireworks, family fun and more to the village in the coming weeks.
Scheduled for July 18 and 19, the festival will be held behind Meijer on Route 20/Fremont Pike near the I-75/I-80 exchange. It is free and open to the public to attend the show, and features a variety of activities and events, some of which are at a cost.
Balloon rides
If you’d like to experience the hot air balloons for yourself, tethered rides on both days will be available from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. for $15 per person. Ticket sales start at 6 p.m.
These balloon rides are weather permitting, and include and easy access basket for those with mobility needs.
