AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — An Amarillo man was formally indicted today, following a recent incident at the Potato Factory involving a recording device in the bathroom.
Randy Nelson is facing two charges of “Tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair,” and one count of “Invasive visual recording bathroom/dressing room.”

Nelson’s recording device was discovered earlier this month, as reported on MyHighPlains.com, Amarillo police were called to the Potato Factory, where an employee reportedly informed APD that a cellular device was hidden in the restroom and stated that it was actively recording.
