Illinois man accused of pointing gun at semi driver who cut him off south of Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A man from Illinois was arrested Wednesday after pointing a handgun at the driver next to him on the highway, according to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.

At 1:30 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the area of Highway 2 and Highway 77 in reference to a road rage incident.

Upon arrival, the victim told deputies that he was driving his semi truck southbound on Highway 77 when a man driving a black Ford F150 pointed a black handgun at him while driving side-by-side…
