ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Angel Crowder, 30, for allegedly stealing a woman’s phone after pepper-spraying her.
Officers were called to the Whiskey’s Roadhouse parking lot on North Main Street for reports that a woman was attacking another in the parking lot on June 25, around 2 a.m.
Authorities found the suspect driving a vehicle and pulled her over near North Main and Ford Avenue.
