GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Isaac Elijah James, 29, of North Carolina, was arrested yesterday after a 13-month-old child was found wandering in a hotel parking lot with a tobacco wrap in her mouth.
At about 7:51 p.m. on June 25, a Gainesville Police Department officer responded to Home2 Suites by Hilton (2115 SW 13th Street), where a witness had called 911 to report a child wandering in the parking lot and a driver slumped inside his vehicle…
