READING, Pa. – The City of Reading’s Historical Architectural Review Board wants answers regarding the recent demolitions of 431 and 435 Penn St., and the board may be prepared to issue violation notices.
The board’s plan is to file right-to-know requests with the city to determine the scope of the work to make certain the work orders mandated retaining the buildings façades.
