MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Dr. Marie Feagins sued Memphis-Shelby County Schools in February just days after being fired.
In the lawsuit, Dr. Feagins claims board members worked in secret to arrange her ouster and violated open meetings laws. She wants to be reinstated as superintendent while the lawsuit is pending.
