UPDATE: Prichard police this afternoon arrested 48-year-old Robert Vail of Mobile in connection with the theft of a wallet off a table in a Prichard restaurant.
Vail was booked into the Mobile County Metro Jail this afternoon and charged with theft of property. He has since been released. He has a bond hearing scheduled for Friday.
