Florida Highway Patrol seeks driver in Escambia County hit-and-run

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — The Florida Highway Patrol is asking for the public’s help in finding the driver involved in an Escambia County hit-and-run.

According to an FHP news release, the incident happened at about 1 p.m. June 2 and involved a grey Jeep Gladiator traveling north on U.S. Highway 29, near County Road 95A.

The Jeep didn’t stop as it approached stopped traffic, and hit a white Lincoln Navigator in the rear, the release said.
