At 700 Linden Avenue, what was once a cluster of tired storefronts has become Linden Square — a thoughtfully reimagined courtyard where the town’s creative pulse is alive and well.

This transformation didn’t happen overnight. It’s the result of years of vision, collaboration, and care from a group of people who love this beachside town and wanted to give something back. One of those people is Jodi G, a Santa Barbara-based designer whose work is known for blending effortless beauty with a deep sense of place. With over two decades of experience shaping homes and businesses along the coast, she brought her signature touch to the project — equal parts coastal charm, natural texture, and intuitive flow.
