Driver flashes gun in road rage incident on Madison’s east side

MADISON, Wis. — A driver reportedly flashed a gun during a road rage incident on Madison’s east side Thursday afternoon, police said.

The incident was reported at around 3:20 p.m. at the intersection of North Stoughton Road and East Washington Ave. A man was stopped at a redlight when he honked his horn at the driver in front of him.

The honking reportedly angered the other driver, who then pulled out a gun and began driving erratically in front of the man…
