OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The Omaha man who led Nebraska State Troopers on a chase in April changed his plea to his charges on Thursday.
Matthew Silvers, 25, changed his plea to “no contest” to his fourth DUI, and driving while revoked from 4th DUI.
The charge of operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest was dropped.
Those two charges could get Silvers up to 5 years in prison collectively…
