Spokane police officers will not face charges in deadly shooting during arson investigation

SPOKANE, Wash. — Two Spokane police officers who shot and killed a man during an arson investigation will not face charges.

The Spokane County Prosecutor determined Officers Brandon Roy and Andrew Willis were justified in the death of 38-year-old Alan Jenks in March of last year.
