Major drug trafficking, a DUI and an attempted arson were key indictments following Friday’s return in Christian County Circuit Court.
A true bill has been returned on Lewis O’Hara Jr., who has been charged with three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance first offense carfentanil or fentanyl derivative, first-degree first offense four or more grams of cocaine, second-degree first offense 10 or more small units of a hallucinogen, trafficking marijuana first offense between eight ounces and five pounds of marijuana, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, using restricted ammunition during a felony with no shots fired and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All charges stem from on, or about, April 23 through April 28, in which a month-long investigation led to the arrest of the 52-year-old Oak Grove man at the 100 block of Gail Street, where Christian County Sheriff’s officers found a Taurus 9 mm, a Ruger .380, marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, cocaine, suspected fentanyl and drug paraphernalia at the home…
