DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF)– The Montgomery County recorder is working tirelessly to help prevent deed fraud. The county administration building will now have two on-site notaries. Lori Kennedy, the county’s recorder told Dayton 24/7 Now’s, Kysha Hancock this will help protect county residents.
“There have been approximately 16 since I have taken office in January,” said Kennedy.
